The fluff filter in your tumble dryer helps ensure that fibres and lint from your clothes are filtered out during the drying process, and a working filter will help save on energy bills compared to a tumble dryer operating with a worn filter. A worn or broken door filter can cause your tumble dryer to have to work much harder to remove moisture from your clothes, taking much longer and costing more in energy bills.
