Q. Can I purchase items not featured on the site?

A. In the unlikely event that you cannot find the part you are looking for on the website, we may still be able to find it for you. Simply submit a Product Enquiry (click here) and we will try and find the product you require. In the first instance you will be provided with the option to view results found by our search system or to continue submitting your enquiry to us.

Q. How can I pay for my goods?

In the event that no amicable agreement can be reached, an independent ombudsman may be sought to settle the matter.
